About Me
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering sessions online. As a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. MY work focuses on helping clients develop a greater sense of self and creating an environment for growth.
My experience working with Mental Health Services has equipped me with strong communication skills and clinical judgement to manage risk effectively.
There are many reasons why you might consider therapy. This could be to deal with a specific concern, resolve difficulties in your personal relationships, or feel content with your life in general.
My empathic, non-judgemental and caring approach allows clients to work through difficulties in a safe and supportive environment. Using an integrative psychotherapy approach, counselling can be tailored to your unique needs. I aim to provide you with guidance, techniques and personal development.
I have extensive experience working not only in the context of Mental Health and Complex Care settings, but also within the Private Mental Health sector. Besides my experience in the NHS, I facilitate therapeutic workshops and groups for individuals from all walks of life.
Offering psychological evidence-based therapies and tools for a range of mental health conditions; working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and ages.
Additionally, counselling can help you improve your relationships and develop solutions to problems that have previously overwhelmed you. Additionally, recognising and learning new coping skills can help you control self-damaging and limiting thought patterns, helping you make positive changes.
Counselling can help you increase self-esteem, be more assertive, decrease anxiety, and establish boundaries.
I am an integrative counsellor offering Cognitive Behavioural therapy, person centred therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
