As Users and Services Providers join the ImamConnect community, both are expected to uphold a code of professional conduct and are bound to adhere to a specific set of moral and ethical principles as detailed below.Members who transgrees these principles or are found to act in bad faith are immediately removed and barred from the ImamConnect platform, and relevant authorities notified, if necessary.

Be respectful in their contact with Service Providers. This includes the use of appropriate language and maintaining all communication on the ImamConnect platform. Harrasment of any type will not be tolerated.
Be honest with the information and details they provide in regards to their needs. This ensures the Service Provider is able to provide the best possible solutions.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times, except when professionally mandated not to for reasons of safe-guarding.
Be professional and empathetic. This includes adhering to Professional Codes of Coduct from their own industries and governing institutes.
Be an ambassador and do nothing that would bring into disrepute themselves, ImamConnect Users or ImamConnect platform.
