About Me
My name is Tahseen Haider. I consider myself a humble servant of God. By profession, I am a clinical Psychologist. I came to this profession to help my own self. My mission was to seek the peace and serenity buried inside me. And to hunt for the answers to so many of my unanswered questions. Today, with the Grace of God I can say that I found a path to move on.
I have been living in China for the last fifteen years. Due to my deep interest in psychology and mind science ; I switched my career from teaching to therapy. I discovered different therapies at formal and informal levels and polished my skills by working with people from different backgrounds.
I believe every individual is unique and resourceful (There are no unresourceful people but only unresourceful states) however, the person may not be able to gain access to those resourceful states on their own; hence, they seek professional mental health services.
Moreover, I don't believe in categorizing people with names of different problems instead, I focus on HOW they can feel better and HOW they can improve the quality of their lives.
My focus is on what is right with my clients instead of what is wrong with them. I am inspired by the world wide famous Hypnotherapist Milton Erickson who helped thousands of people to transform their lives by using this approach.
I have a toolkit of contemporary interventions that enables my clients to get rid of their painful past and betters their present, allowing them to see a brighter future.
My focal point is my clients' holistic healing that is facilitating them to work on their mental, physical and spiritual realms.
For relationship issues, I help my clients to work on a deeper level. It is well researched that all the relationships in your life are based on two basic relationships. This includes the relationship with oneself and the relationship with one's creator. It is said that if these two relationships are fixed, all the others will automatically come into place.
Keeping in view this importance, I offer a separate set of sessions regarding spirituality
