I had always been intrigued by how the mind can influence emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health, I am here to help you go from surviving to thriving, address and release trapped emotions, and create who you want to become. Therapy is an opportunity to honor our experiences, acceptance, forgiveness, self-love, and experiencing a life of joy, peace, and more vibrant health. I am a mother to 4 boys, and we are avid sports players and have started hill walking and embracing nature.
I am easy to talk to and provide a safe space to heal and grow.
I am a Holistic Therapist, an accredited member of IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), a Certified Aafiyah Healing Practitioner and a Hijama Therapist.
Holistic therapy is treatment which aims to treat a client as a whole, rather than as a being separated into different parts which do not interconnect. I help you to identify and understand the core emotional causes of many physical and emotional ailments (by finding the root cause), using breathwork, visualization techniques and releasing the negative emotions attached to certain life events.
I offer face to face, or via Zoom Therapy sessions, group or couple sessions are also available.
Hijama is beneficial to boost the circulatory and immune systems, cleanses and detoxifies the body, balances hormones, aids fertility issues, and useful for treating many muscular, skeletal neurological, immune, cardio-vascular, respiratory, metabolism, digestive and urinary issues. (Note Hijama is only available in Glasgow and surrounding areas, group bookings at request nationwide)
