About Me
I work with individuals who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Addiction, Personality disorders and Relationships, and offer my services to individuals and couples.
My key area of focus is Integrative Therapy, a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. Some of the approaches include Psychodynamic psychotherapy, transactional analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, body psychotherapy, family systems therapy, person-centered psychotherapy, and existential therapy.
Having completed my Integrative Therapy level 3, 4 and 5 from UK-CPCAB, I am now a licensed Psychotherapist and Psychologist and have been in practice since year 2014.
Additionally, I acquired a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have completed my Masters in Applied Psychology.
I host a national TV show named "Sochiye" on channel Capital 51 and have a YouTube channel named "San Na the Psychologist".
Previously, I have worked with Shifa Foundation on a welfare project "Falahi Clinic" as a psychologist, extending free services to those in need and have moreover hosted a workshop in NUST on Depression in 2019
Currently, I am working as a well-being counselor in a well renowned school and am practicing 1-to-1 therapy privately in Islamabad, Pakistan.
