About Me
My name is Sama, I am a third-culture kid, a lifelong expat and a 'trailing' spouse. I am also a proud mother of 2 teenagers who have given a lot of meaning to my life because the lessons I receive from them as their adult student have been more valuable to me than any class I have taken. I've worn many hats from working in some of the top multinationals in the world in various fields from Advertising to FMCGs in Marketing and Brand Management, a lonely stay-at-home mum to becoming a student again and finding my passion in the world of Psychology. Pursuing my passion in Psychology has allowed me to become a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with Psychotherapy and Counselling skills as well as a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguist Programming (NLP).
One of my biggest personal achievements is finding the peace and calm within so I can be more present with my children, husband and surroundings. As a former anxious person turned calmest self, I was also able to let go of perfectionism and people pleasing tendencies and start living a more authentic life. For the past 6 years, I’ve worked as a hypnotherapist, coach and NLP practitioner helping hundreds of people delve deep in their own thoughts and beliefs in order to heal past wounds, create a more compassionate and understanding relationship with one's inner self and finally embrace their own truth and live a life of authenticity.
