A Phone Consultation - This is where I ask you in-depth questions about your health and fertility history and then I make you a 3 month fertility plan to follow inshaAllah. Supplements not included. 2. Fertility Charting - This is the method I use to assess women’s hormones. This requires you to take your temperature as soon as you wake up and send it to me every day. This also includes a phone consultation and fertility plan too. This is a 9 month service. Supplements not included. 3. All inclusive. This is where I work with you 1-2-1. This includes a phone consultation, a fertility plan for you and your husband, fertility charting and assessment, and I send you all the supplements and fertility aids that you may need each month.
