About Me
I’m Rizka, wife, haafidha, mum to a haafidha, Qur’aan teacher, Live Inspired certified Life Coach and eternal student. I have experience in teaching tajweed, Arabic and tafseer, curriculum development, hifdh and living with a chronic illness.
In my quest to heal and find new ways to navigate my relationships, and to learn healthier ways to parent, I have found that a lot of resources on the internet are in conflict with our Islamic values. Alhamdulillah, the revival of Islamic Psychology and mental health practices has opened better avenues for us.
As a teacher and student of Qur’anic sciences, I am passionate about bringing my clients back to these foundational sources of true healing and creating a life with Allah (SWT) at the center.
In my coaching practice, I offer you:
A safe space to share your thoughts, experiences, challenges, and fears with complete confidentiality, free of judgement.
Support in creating solutions that are aligned with Islamic values.
Guidance in developing practical, step-by-step action plans to:
Help your teenager to feel confident in tackling modern day problems in a way that aligns with Islamic values.
Balance hifdh/academic goals with family/work responsibilities.
Manage anxiety through the hifdh journey.
Navigate the stress of your child in matric.
Navigate the challenges of living with a chronic illness.
Accountability and support as you embark on this journey of growth and discovery.
