About Me
Rabab Syed
I have been working in the fields of psychology, coaching, and Healing for over ten years.
I employ techniques such as Neurolinguistic Programming, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy and each client receives a unique treatment plan. My consultation methodology is built on Islamic ideas of integrity and compassion, as well as an uncompromising commitment to client confidentiality.
I mostly work with clients who are suffering with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and grief all of which impede their ability to live life fully. I identify and work with negative emotions such as sadness, anger, fear, guilt, hurt, and betrayal on a conscious and unconscious level.
I help clients to change their negative thinking in to positive and productive thinking.
I assist people in letting go of trauma and grief, which can cause crying spells, flashbacks, food and sleep imbalances, feelings of worthlessness, and a loss of pleasure in life.
I also assist people in overcoming their limiting beliefs, which are the primary impediment to living the life of their desires.
I also focus on internal and external conflicting thoughts, determine an individual's value system and, if necessary, realign it. I also assist them in determining their life's purpose and provide them with strategies to achieve it.
In summary, this consultation is a transformational journey in which we deal with our clients in all three domains of their lives
• Repairing their past
• Providing current strategy and
• Preparing them for the future.
I operate on all levels of the mind, conscious, subconscious, and unconscious, to create positive results
