About Me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, from London, UK. I embody empathy, with the awareness of other's needs, and subsequently, use my experiences to help others.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and I have trained and completed Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, with the CPCAB. Under the BACP ethical framework, it is paramount I continue seeking knowledge and education, thus, I attend regular continuing professional development events relevant to psychotherapy and counselling. This includes regular supervision, to ensure that I am practicing safely, and ethically, in delivering the best service to you as possible.
I offer a therapeutic experience, for individual clients and their needs. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives. I utilise techniques and key concepts, drawn from different approaches, including psychodynamic and person-centred, whilst creating a warm, empathic, nurturing and non-judgmental space.
I will be there to listen and help you find your own answers, without any judgments or preconceived notions. I will work collaboratively with you with the belief that our relationship, as client and therapist, is essential in making change possible. I will work therapeutically with you and your individual experience, appreciating that you are your own unique person, thus taking into consideration, your whole being, which is the central principle of my work.
