About Me
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (or APD), which is the title they give Registered Dietitians in Australia. We are accredited by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). I’m required to complete 30 hours of professional development every year to maintain the APD credential.
I graduated with first class honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney in 2012. My work experience includes working in leading hospitals in NSW such as Westmead Hospital and Canterbury Hospital, as well as Hamad Heart Hospital in Qatar and Vasana hospital in Sri lanka.
My interest in woman’s health inspired me to start a Woman’s Health Clinic, which we turned into a virtual practice in 2020 so women anywhere in the world can join.
I currently specialize in helping out women with weight loss, PCOS (including fertility support) and optimal health. I run the Woman’s Health and Weight loss Program about 5 times a year where we coach a group of women to lose weight, learn all about healthy eating and the essentials they need to know to be confident about managing their health on their own.
