About Me
I am a Career Coach, a Techie, a Women in STEM Advocate, and International Speaker.
I have spent over 13 years working with market-leading Technology Companies in Qatar and India and have managed to smash quite a few stereotypes.
After a successful corporate career, I set up my coaching practice in early 2021.
Since then I have coached several women from diverse backgrounds – from undergrads to post-docs, freshers to senior professionals and helped them grow their careers online and offline.
I am also the founder of MuslimWomeInSTEM – a Social Media platform built to inspire young girls/women to join STEM fields and steer ahead in their careers as well as lives.
The world of tech is the most influential world right now to be in, so my aim is to inspire more Muslim Girls to step into the forefront and actively support them in all aspects of their career trajectory, from basic education to career ascension.
My clients are mostly young women who are embarking on a new career journey after completing their education or high achieving entry-level to mid-career professional women who want to up-level their career and also occasionally women from non-STEM fields want to find their passion, strengths, and purpose in their personal and professional life without limitations, and expectations.
I have spoken at various youth-led organizations such as WeSTEM, TEENIX, SunnahCamp, Muslim Students Association, and Global Student STEM Conferences.
