About Me
Nadine Arandas, a Clinical Psychologist specializing in clinical psychology, holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University in Lebanon. Throughout my academic years, I underwent approximately 450 training hours in various institutions and centers offering psychological care and therapy services, including addiction and psychotic disorders treatment hospitals, mental care centers in collaboration with the International Medical Association, institutions for individuals with special needs, and schools. Currently, I works at a medical center providing psychological counseling and therapy services for all age groups.
My goal is to assist you in achieving the best possible level of psychological balance and resilience. Through your healing journey with me, you will discover a lot about yourself and address areas of dysfunction in your personality.
I know that it can be challenging for someone to experience a particular psychological difficulty without seeking help. Choosing to suffer in silence may be one of the hardest choices an individual can make. However, from now on, you are not obligated to endure pain alone. During our sessions, you will find a safe space to express your pains and sorrows. You will gain a broad understanding of yourself and your issues, and together we will work to find the most suitable opportunities or solutions for you. This will help you achieve peace and psychological stability, find meaning in your life, and harness your inner potentials for self-improvement and self-love.
