About Me
Hello, I'm Mona and I'm Psychologist. I'm so glad you're considering therapy! It takes a ton of courage to seek help, I'm here to support you all the way.
First off, let me tell you a little bit about myself: I draw upon several different theories of therapy to help you cultivate greater awareness of yourself and your strengths, my approach is your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle.
I also believe that we must respect your cultural identity in order to serve you best---- because we all have different experiences with our cultures that shape us in different ways.
In our session together, we'll work together to create a safe space for you to process whatever is going on inside of you so that you can make changes that help you live a more meaningful and authentic life.
As a psychologist, my fresh perspective brings a blend of contemporary knowledge and enthusiasm to support individuals on their journey to mental well-being.
