I'm Muhibullah Sahibjan (The Happiness Coach). I love football, hiking and my cat's name is Kiki.
Born and raised in Afghanistan and many other countries as an immigrant, I have lived through war, discrimination, harassment and loss of loved ones and the trauma, anxiety and stress it brought with it.
I initially spent a lot of time searching for "the anxiety cure," that single trick, method or approach that would eliminate my panic and anxiety. Through my search, I learned the hard but valuable truth: moving through anxiety is an inside out transformation. Sure, certain foods, exercises, and supplements are helpful but ultimately they're not THE answer.
Spoiler alert: Moving through anxiety is much more about understanding your emotions, get emotionally literate and becoming self aware. The answer to moving though anxiety and towards a meaningful life, believe it or not, already lies within you.
With the proper knowledge, guidance, support, and readiness it's possible for me or you or anybody to truly move through anxiety and panic attacks and towards a place of health and wellness. I am here to help you along your journey in doing just that.
