About Me
I know from my own life experience that changes are especially difficult when you are carrying the expectations and hopes of others. It is even more difficult when you are feeling isolated and missing the necessary support. I am here to let you know that you don't have to feel alone.
I migrated from the Philippines to Malaysia for employment, converted to Islam, and got married. These are not minor life adjustments, and they came with uncertainty, feelings of unworthiness, and fear of the unknown. So, I understand what you are going through.
As a Heartwork Coach, I am committed to supporting people, including new Muslims, in gaining clarity in their life goals, cultivating consistency in their routines, and increasing self-confidence. My objective is to equip people with the tools they need to live purposeful, balanced, and confident lives that are consistent with their faith. My coaching process involves not just "work" but also a deep and heartfelt commitment to personal growth and development.
Prior to coaching, I worked as an engineer in the manufacturing industry for 15 years, and I enjoyed solving problems using systematic problem-solving methods. I make gratitude newsletters and podcasts, and I love reading books and writing in my journal.
