About Me
I completed a Masters in French and Spanish in 2007, spending periods abroad in Paris and Granada. During this time, I also began my journey in Arabic and Islamic studies, and eventually travelled to Cairo in 2012 to continue my Arabic studies. I then moved to the Middle East in 2013 to pursue further studies and eventually returned to the UK in 2018, beginning a career in tech and continuing teaching both heritage and new Muslims.
I have worked as a typesetter and a cover designer for over 80 projects, and have also translated several books.
I am currently working with new muslims and heritage muslims assisting them in engaging with their faith in a wholesome non-judgemental way.
I have, and continue to, consult with organisations looking to establish programs and curriculum for new and heritage muslims.
I am multilingual with proficiency in reading and writing in Arabic, French and Spanish.
