About Me
My name is Hala Taha. Going through my own mental health struggles and journey post-partum, it was difficult to find the support I needed coming from a Muslim background and finding someone who could relate to and take a alternative holistic approach.
I decided to get certified myself in several modalities which allowed me the ability to be flexible in my approach based on my client's needs. I have a private space for face-to-face clients and also the option for online and distance services. I provide both therapeutic as well as coaching services.
