My name is Fatiema, I reside in Cape Town South Africa. Growing up I was an introvert who many took advantage of from time to time. While studying at University I was appointed a mentor who nurtured me and showed my that it is okay to speak up no matter how you feel. Because of how these sessions helped me, I then decided to pass it forward and help others in a similar manner. I therefore decided to become a life transformational coach as the biggest reward for me is watching people become the best versions of themselves. Many people are stuck in the past and often blames that for who they are today. I agree that your past is part of what molded you, but you can choose not to let it contril you.
