Emotional Healing works on a subconscious and cellular level.I use an Islamic based method.
Emotional healing therapy is a process in which one rectifies emotional and psychological issues brought on by trauma. During these sessions I use various tools and techniques to get to the root of your trauma & challenges thus positively changing your perception of yourself and the world around you, this allows you to heal emotionally, psychologically, spiritually and physically as well.
The most common healing tools used in emotional healing are:
Allowing the client to feel their emotions and get to the root of the issue
Assisting client with emptying out and letting go
Removing emotional blockages keeping them stuck
Giving clients tools to better cope with challenges
Acceptance
Self awareness which encourages a person to dig deep and understand the root causes for their emotions thus understanding themselves on a deeper level.
The client becomes equipped with the tools and skills in the sessions so that they are able to use it out of sessions too on their own to regulate their emotions or deal with things when needed.

I also specialise in spiritual coaching where I assist clients with their goals towards gaining a connection with Allah and their faith.
If clients are struggling with the simple acts of Ibadah etc, I mentor them with simple, practical and useful tools and methods that will work specifically for them and we work through these steps and processes together until they reach their goals.
