About Me
I am a certified Health Coach who has been passionate about healthy food and general well being since early age. I was an athlete then choose food technology major in University. Started working as a dietitian which got me even more excited about the field which encouraged me to get a Masters and now doing my PhD in Therapeutic Nutrition.
I have proudly helped hundreds of people achieve their health and weight goals. My motto is not to starve but to nourish and eat healthy even after achieving the desired weight loss/gain. They key is to adopt the habit and mindset of healthy living.

I can offer 1:1 weight loss/gain plan and follow-up, or in a group. Group diet follow-up offers individually tailored diet plans but group follow-up where everyone posts their progression and food consumption daily.
I am keen on giving food options and encouraging my patients to stick to the plan. I love to help people eat better and achieve their weight goals. I even work on some healthier options of regular recipes.
