About Me
I am deeply passionate about Islamic Psychology and its application in enhancing mental well-being. My academic journey includes a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Psychology, and I am pursuing a BSc in Islamic Psychology from Dr. Bilal Philip's International Open University (IOU). Additionally, I have completed a diploma in General Islamic Studies from IOU and have undertaken various short courses from different academies to broaden my knowledge and skills.

Individual Counselling: Tailored one-on-one sessions to address personal challenges, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies.
Islamic Counseling: Integrating Islamic principles and teachings into counseling sessions, providing spiritual guidance and support aligned with Islamic values. Psychoeducation: Informative sessions to educate individuals and various mental health topics, coping techniques, etc.
Holistic Approach: I believe in taking a holistic approach to counseling, addressing not only the psychological aspects of a person's life but also considering their spiritual, emotional, and social well-being. By integrating Islamic principles and teachings into counseling sessions, I offer clients a comprehensive approach to mental health support.
I primarily focus on providing support for anxiety reduction, stress management, and emotional regulation.
Please note that I do not take cases related to marital issues, substance/drug addiction, or clinical cases.
My aim is to assist individuals in coping with challenges related to anxiety, stress, and emotional well-being as they embark on their journey towards improved mental health.
