About Me
I am certified Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral Specialist. I am trained to relate to and treat people who are distressed, and work to alleviate personal suffering and encourage change. I interact with clients or patients with the aim of facilitating changes and further development. At the same time I deal with the diagnosis and planned treatment through scientific and psycho-therapeutic methods. I believe in a positive professional relationship with clients that makes them understand inner conflicts and ways of dealing with them.
I did MSc in Applied Psychology and then completed MS is Clinical Psychology. I'm currently working at my clinic in Hafizabad. Before that I've provided mental health services at Combined Military Hospital Lahore and at Fountain House Lahore. I have also worked as a School Psychologist at International Kindergarten of Lahore for more than a year. Working as a school psychologist, I refined my knowledge and skills by dealing with differently-able special children having Autism, Down Syndrome, Learning Disability, ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
I'm providing online services on various social media platforms since 2017 where I deal with clients experiencing all kind of mental health disorders and daily life issues including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Relationship Issues, Break ups, Grief, Phobias, Eat and Sleep related Issues, personality disorders , addiction and sexual disorders. I also provide counselling to the patients and their family members who are dealing with chronic and lethal physical diseases e.g., Cancer.
My motive is to work beyond boundaries so I try to help a wide range of people irrespective of the religion, culture, personal identity and beliefs. My therapy space is open for everybody where we work on positive growth and personal development.
