About Me
I am a Nutrition Coach, I am highly passionate about helping women and children from all walks of life achieve their health, nutrition and fitness goals by utilising evidence-based nutrition principles.
I have completed my degree in Food and Nutrition which qualifies me as a Nutritionist. I have completed my Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training certificate which qualifies me to coach and program exercises and nutrition plans for clients.
I specialise in weight loss, body recomposition (lose fat and build muscle simultaneously), weight maintenance and weight gain but I also work closely with adults and children to support them with their diet and nutritional requirements.
My services split into 2 parts - 1:1 coaching and Nutritional Consultations.
My coaching service is a 12 week (minimum) program that I have established for clients who want to take their health and fitness to the next level with my ongoing support. This program is specifically aimed for clients who want to lose weight, gain weight or do a body recomposition. Nearing to the end of this program, I guide my clients on how to maintain their body weight and results so that they are well equiped with the right tools to navigate on their own. The reason for this 12 week commitment is to enable you to stay consistent and get your results faster as it eliminates all the guess work.
My nutrition consultations are focused more on providing clients who are not ready for a 12 week commitment but still be able to reach out to me for support in areas such as weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance and body recomposition. However, this does not mean that other potential clients can not book a consultation with me for other key areas. For example, trying to improve your food intake doesn’t necessarily need a minimum 3 month commitment but someone on their weight-loss journey will most likely need that.
