About Me
I am a sincere Muslim woman on a mission to help heal our ummah. I believe Allah SWT has put me on this earth with the sole purpose of becoming doing exactly this and facilitating healing for my sisters and brothers who feel most broken and alone. I truly consider connection to be the foundation of mental wellbeing and have been told that have a beautiful gift of healing peoples inner child and bringing people together. I have a Level 3 certified in psychotherapy and counselling.
I offer 1-2-1 as well as Couples/Marriage and Family counselling. I am trained to deal with a range of service level A issues such as:
Depression
Anxiety
Bereavement
Trauma
Loneliness
Other avenues of personal development.
The counselling I offer is virtual and each session is for a duration of 60 Minutes.
I believe I invite a unique sense of transparency and openness within my sessions. I know often, clients find it difficult to bring certain taboo topics to a counsellor whom is also a scholar of deen, but I would like my clients to be assured that the space they share with me is sacred and safe and will never allow room for judgement of any sort. Allah SWT is the one and only judge and his mercy outweighs us all. We are created to be sinners and fall and all I'd like to do is extend my hand into helping you rise back up bi'ithnillah.
