Hi, I am Uzma Kazi, a Freelancer Nutritionist by profession, a storyteller by heart, a part-time social media manager, an avid bookworm and much more! I specialize in empowering women with thyroid and PCOS/ PCOD to harmonize their hormones and boost vitality through personalized nutrition plans rooted in traditional, locally sourced foods. My goal is to guide women in achieving pain-free menstrual cycles consistently. By leveraging the power of desi (local) cuisine, I help optimize hormonal balance, ensuring not only a healthier endocrine system but also sustained energy levels. So far, I’ve accomplished in transforming many people's life (esp. getting women a pain-free & consistent period every month without having to pop those pills!)
