Transformed my career from corporate employee for 30 years to be the entrepreneur since 2020. The challenge during the transition was not easy one especially when I changed it at the same time the pandemic hit. However, I could through the transformation period build my business and continue to sustain and thrive. I have experience as the Human Resources Services and Business Partner for 20 years in a global consumer goods company with the latest position as the HR Manager handling 3000 factory employees within six factories. Now I am studying distance learning from Arden University major HR Management & Psychology. I have the experience in career transition during my 30 years corporate career and do career coaching and consultation during my career as the internal coach and HR Manager.
