I have been in the corporate world from the age of 18 years old until 25 years old. Thereafter, I focused on growing and raising my family. When I turned 33 years old, I decided to further my education in alternative therapy. At this point I studied an array of modalities including: touch for health Kinesiology, reiki, cranio sacral therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, theta healing, access consciousness bars, cupping and acupuncture. In addition to this I studied life coaching, negative emotional therapy, and life transformation coaching and hold certification with the ICR (International Coaches Register). I am passionate about what I do. I hold space in my heart to aid others. I am empathetic. I am not judgemental. I have life experience and many years of working experience.
