About Me
I, like you may have, struggled tirelessly with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, weight gain, and purposelessness. But I had a burning desire in me to self-actualize, to reach my highest potential, and to carve a better future myself. Year after year, I learned and experimented on myself. I figured out the tools that would change my mindset and set me up for success. I realized the spiritual fixes that could allow me to reach my goals faster. I understood the habits that would help me attain a fulfilling life. Through this journey, I talked to people, I read books, I applied everything that I felt like could change my life. And then, when I started to see the impact, I knew I wanted to teach others how to do it.
These humble beginnings led me into a career of counselling and mental health. Currently, training to be a counsellor, I am an empathetic individual that picks up the nuances of my client. But till I become a counsellor, I am taking on clients as a coach. I want to offer my knowledge and skills to enable clients from all walks of life reach their full potential. I have dealt with and coached doctors, entrepreneurs and students. My coaching is person-centered and tailored to individual needs. It focuses on accountability and action but simultaneously offers the necessary support and nurturing. I enjoy tools and structure and those clients who stick with them begin seeing transformational change in their lives. I aim to use a diverse tool-kit, bolstered by a faith in Allah, to empower my client. This tool-kit includes hypnosis, something that I believe can bring phenomenal results in clients. But I also teach and coach clients to journal, meditate and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) techniques.
Services I Offer:
I provide coaching packages that have 15 minute accountability sessions monthly with weekly 50 minute coaching calls that follows a coaching plan depending on their goals. In these calls, I can mix up diverse toolkits. Those that want hypnosis sessions individually have plans focused towards that, which are sessions per week. I provide my clients with a 15 minute emergency call during the month.
