About Me
As a 23-year-old designer passionate about using creative arts therapy to support mental health, I'm devoted to make a positive impact. With a strong work ethic, I earned my bachelor's degree in Visual Arts focusing on Multimedia Design in 2022 from the University of Jordan, followed by a professional diploma in Art Therapy in 2023 from the University of Jordan as well. I gained hands-on experience during a long training at the University of Jordan Hospital's mental health clinic. In 2023, I launched my Instagram business to offer creative art therapy sessions. Throughout my career, I've conducted in-depth case studies and background checks to ensure personalized care for my clients.
Creative art therapy sessions use creativity to work through emotions and express feelings using approaches like Drama Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, and Dance/Movement Therapy.
