About Me
My name is Hana Al-Barazi, an Architect and social worker with a passion for art and creativity. I have worked in the engineering field for an extended period of time, and in parallel I was joining, volunteering and working in social work organizations and activities in order to satisfy my desire to assist people and be a part of their healing and problem-solving journey.
This desire led me to focus on social work as a main career and to pursue a career in psychological support and counseling, where I have worked with refugees, war victims, and children in international organizations. To foster my practical experience, I have enrolled in an Executive Master of Mental Health program at New York University, graduating with honors. Additionally, my love for this field persisted, and I pursued a master's degree in social work with refugees and immigrants at the German University, and currently I am working on my thesis.
I have also attended numerous courses to obtain additional listening skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and backgrounds. I am always striving to achieve the best beneficial outcomes for those that I am assisting, and to help them reach to a better mental state.
