As a mother of two, I have seamlessly integrated these practices into my personal and professional life.My mission is to guide individuals on a holistic journey, fostering co-regulation and positive parenting through a Fitrah Based Approach. I extend my expertise to support teachers in cultivating positive relationships with their students. I believe many people experience un-easy early motherhood.
