About Me
Andleen is an internationally experienced Licensed Master NLP Transformational Coach, Trainer and Educator from the UK. She is the Founder and Director of Mind Nomads and Andleen Consulting which focuses on unlocking the inner journey of the mind by employing the right mindset, inner wisdom and self-empowerment. She specialises in helping women through her coaching programmes to become aligned in their thinking and figure out who they are, what they want and how to take action towards it whether in work life, relationships or finding true purpose and meaning. She also provides training on leadership, effective communication, personal growth and empowerment to local and international audiences. She was also the lead trainer for the UNHCR-NAWEM Refugee Micro Entrepreneurship Development Programme based in Kuala Lumpur where she is currently living with her husband and three children. Andleen has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and provides transformational coaching sessions for clients ranging from corporate executives to women wanting to be change agents in the world. She conducts women only retreats in nature and creates safe spaces for women to feel empowered through her various courses as well as setting up the first support group for divorced women in Kuala Lumpur. Andleen is a former Senior Adviser to the UK Secretary of State for the Department of Communities and Local Government. She is the co founder of The City Circle and its main flagship project The Saturday School that has been operating since 1999 and is a former trustee of Al Manaar, Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre in West London . In Singapore, she co founded a non profit called Critical Xchange and in KL she set up Mind Nomads and has conducted emotional intelligence camps for Islamic school participants. She is currently the Principle Lead Facilitator on the Women In Mosque Development Programme on behalf of the Muslim Council of Britain that seeks to train women to take on leadership positions within their communities all across the UK. Andleen has engaged in global community development with a passion for education and gender equality for more than twenty years and remains active in a number of charities at home and abroad. Andleen has a variety of coaching programmes and courses on offer.
